Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role you're interested in, responsibilities may include:
Software Engineer:
- Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
Quality Assurance Engineer (QA):
- Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers to implement testing solutions.
- Continuously improve testing strategies to increase product reliability.
Project Manager (PM):
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, adhering to scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
Requirements
Depending on the role you're applying for, requirements may include:
- Experience:
- Junior: 1+ years of experience in the relevant field (internship/bootcamp experience is fine).
- Intermediate: 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Software Engineer:
- Proficiency in [relevant programming languages and frameworks].
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- QA:
- Experience in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira.
- PM:
