- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in software development or IT.
- Education: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Persuasive and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated perseverance and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for achieving goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web presentation tools.
- Strong selling and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
